Refund Policy

Returns

Our return policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your items were delivered, it would be considered that you like them and want to keep them.

As soon as you receive your item/s, do not throw anything away. Try your item right away and if the size is wrong, contact us at [email protected] so we can create a return label. You have to keep everything and return everything as it was when you received it. If you do not like it, do the same process but please, do not throw anything away. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You must use a return label provided to you by us (for USA customers) in order for those items to be properly returned and not disposed upon arrival and your refund granted.


Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards

Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error because they will not be a subject of a refund.

Any item that is returned more than 20 days after receiving a return label.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

A restocking fee of $10 per item will be deducted from the total paid amount.

 

Buy one - get one return terms & bundle items. If you are returning an item that was part of the such deals, kept items will be counted like you purchased an item outside of the bundle deal minus the sale % that was active at that time. Example: You added to cart two items for $360 (individual price $200 each), applied 20% discount, total paid sum is $288. If you decide to return one of those, amount kept for that one is individual price ($200) minus 20% - $160 meaning the returned amount will be $128. If you return both, you will get a full refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected].


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or you want to switch sizes (if so, initial item has to still be in a brand new condition) If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and we will provide a return label and ship a new item. Your first shipping is free of charge but every other will cost $10.

Lost packages

The standard delivery timeframe is up to 7 days for domestic (USA) and 25 days for international orders. If your package is not delivered to you within that timeframe, please contact us right away and we will first inspect if it is not just a bit late or lost and update you right away plus take action if needed with the courier. Please note that after 60 days of the shipping date, we would be unable to claim the funds from the insurance company and a refund or reshipping would not be possible.

Stolen/incomplete packages

If the package is marked as delivered but not received, please get in touch with us asap because the deadline for reporting stolen packages is 7 days from when it is marked as delivered. Theft should be reported within that deadline to postal services. If you notify us after 7 days, we would be unable to help you with that matter.

Unclaimed packages or wrong address entered by the customer

Any order returned to us is subject to a refund or reshipping. It depends on whatever the customer chooses. For reshipping, a customer will be invoiced $10 for the new shipping costs. If the choice is a refund, shipping costs and a restocking fee of $10 will be deducted from the total paid amount.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item if you are living outside of the USA. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

A $10 restocking fee per item will apply to returns for a refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
