We offer a 60 day window to do so, In any case it's after 60 days, We won't instantly decline but we'll look into each case & see if it should be approved or not.

We are more than pleased to offer our jewelry patrons a one year guarantee if your product is damaged, fades or is defective during normal wear.

This guarantee entitles you to a one-time replacement of the piece unless, as determined solely by Man-ique, your piece was intentionally damaged.

In the event Man-ique no longer carries the product for any reason, you will be permitted to exchange your piece for another of equal or lesser value.

If the item has lost its quality or it's broken within one year, please contact us at [email protected] and provide a photo or video so we can document that and ship you a new item. 

We'll start off by saying that we pack items by hand, which means that rarely a human error can cause a broken piece, But, No worries about that.
Just contact us in that case & We'll fix the issue in no time shipping you out a new piece.


If you noticed that you put the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible so we can correct it.
Timeframe in which we can correct without any problems is 10 hours from the moment you placed your order.
double check your address always. You bear the responsibility for putting the correct address, and our responsibility is to ship it exactly to that address.
If the package is shipped to the wrong address, Route Package protection does not cover it and we will not be able reship or refund.

Package Protection (lost, stolen or damaged):

We have partnered with Route Package Protection in order to have you fully covered in every aspect of your Man-Ique experience. More on that you can find HERE. 

Orders are shipping out at a rate of 24-48 hours.
Once package is shipped, An email with a tracking code + link will be sent to you with the tracking details.

Please note that tracking emails might end up in your junk / spam folders!

  2. Contact the post office and provide your tracking number to them, Ask them if they are holding the package.
